FMC Blending & Transfer provides two platforms to cost effectively address a wide range of applications. We have developed the
E-Blend multifunctional controller to address small blending applications and our
System Seven to tackle full plant control of large integrated blending plants.
E-Blend E-blend is a state-of-the-art multifunctional controller designed specifically to control blending operations and ancillary functions with optimum performance for smaller applications. The base model handles systems with up to eight metering streams. Multiple independent blending systems may be controlled from a single E-Blend station for applications not exceeding eight streams total. A maximum of up to four independent blending systems consisting of two metering streams each may be addressed with a single E-Blend. Intuitive software makes configuration, operation, and maintenance extremely simple.
System Seven The System Seven was developed as a fully scalable control system to manage plantwide blending control operations requiring robust processing and distributed control. Extensive research and experience has gone into the development of this next generation system providing superior real-time control and management of blending, metering, truck loading and unloading, ancillary control functions, and inventory of liquid assets within the plant. System Seven offers a broad library of application software modules to expand system control and add all the functionality your application may require.
